We spent it in an intimate and cozy place called The Corner Table. It seats more or less than 30 to 35 pax. Located just beside AICA at The Gallery. It serves Spanish food at its best. We ordered just a "few" dishes since we decided to eat "lite" that afternoon and we still have another dinner engagement later with another group in the evening.
Pan con Tomate y Aceite- freshly home baked bread with tomato dip and garlic-olive oil dip...a great way to start a meal.
Gambas al Pil-Pil and Chorizos- sooo good. You could use an extra order of bread for this.
Filete De Vaca- perfectly grilled beef fillet with blue cheese sauce and arugula greens...well seasoned, tender and the perfect medium-rare that I was looking for.
Paella Valenciana- plump long grain rice, perfectly balanced flavors of the spices and seafood. Cooked and served in a traditional paella pan with lemon wedges.
Sangria-their version packs a punch! Don't order per glass. Order a pitcher! A great way to pair with food with lots of healthy olive oil.
Eat light you say? Lol. Buen Provecha!
